I brought my truck in to CME for an oil change and diagnosis of a problem. I waited in the lobby while the work was completed and had the opportunity to see many interactions with staff and customers. I was impressed that all of the customers we treated professionally and time was spent explaining service issues in layman's terms. Even difficult conversations dealing with major repairs went smoothly and professionally. This has always been my experience with CME and it was good to see it repeated without fail a dozen times while I waited for my service to be completed. It is difficult to find an auto shop that is honest and fair and I know that I have found such a business with CME. I plan to be a customer for a long time and am grateful for their work ethic. - Jan M.
